Before you
lace up.
Do I need to be a runner?
No. KixMove is designed around comfortable daily walking. Indoor step-only sessions are supported when GPS is not appropriate.
Do I have to buy a shoe?
No. Every player receives one free companion and can complete the full walking loop without paying.
Can I buy more walking rewards?
No. Movement progress is granted only after server verification and shoe rarity never increases base Coin or ticket rates; bounded stats affect only virtual materials and Bond.
Can I trade shoes?
Eligible earned shoes can be listed for Trail Coins in the player Marketplace. A 10% sale fee is removed from circulation. Bound rewards stay with your account, and Coins have no cash-out value.
How do I start my first walk?
Sign in, choose Indoor or Outdoor on Walk, allow the necessary sensors and tap Start Walk. Finish in the app to submit your recorded session for verification.
Do daily Health steps earn tickets automatically?
No. Health totals and recorded, verified KixMove sessions are different. Shoe Box eligibility uses confirmed sessions; the first 20 verified minutes per UTC day count toward walking tickets.
What does Pending mean?
Your session has not earned rewards yet. Keep your local data, reconnect using the same account and check Activity. If the result remains pending, send the session time and status to support.
What can I do with a duplicate shoe?
Compare its color, role, trait and stats. You may keep it, recycle it for Thread, use eligible inputs for crafting or donation, combine eligible parents or list a tradable companion. Discovery stays in the Album.
Does Combine consume the parents?
No. Both parents remain. Craft, recycle and donation consume selected inputs; Combine spends Coins and Thread, adds a child and starts the parents’ cooldown.
Can I walk without sharing my location?
Indoor records motion steps without GPS. Outdoor uses location for recording and verification. Squad members do not see that location, your route or your pace.
Can squad members see my route?
No. Squad surfaces never show route, live location, or pace. Only verified minutes, checkpoints, and reactions are shared.
